Lowe's Home Improvement at 271 Route 9 West, Glenmont, New York.

First off, I work for the big orange box. I am keenly aware of our separate approaches to customer service. I came in for some ply and paint on Saturday the 28th. I needed some help finding the correct ply sheet. I passed a number of associates (5 to be exact.) not one of them asked if I needed help never the less how I was. In fact 3 of the five stopped and turned around as I approached. Pretty sad given that it’s a Saturday afternoon. I’ve given this store quite a number of chances but this sealed the deal. No more Lowe’s for me.
