Don was awesome!! Took the time to talk to me and my 15yr old about different options and provided educated recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting us each up with new phones, complete with seamlessly transferring all the data from our old phones. He infused some real time relatable humor into buying and transferring to a new phone, which i had previously always considered a highly painful and dreaded experience. My son and I enthusiastically recommend Don Powell and this Verizon location...and when a teen agrees with his mother you have to know it was an amazing experience on multiple levels!
